Default setting up trailer for new boat

Just a question. I'm buying a boat, 21' four winns bowrider, and i have to buy a trailer. Is the set up of the rails(?) pretty standard? Will it have to be adjusted? Loaded and retrailered? I really don't want to do this at the boat ramp, and i'm SURE the people waiting to use the ramp, don't want me doing it there, lol.

Any advice?

thanks.

yes the trailer must ABSOLUTELY be setup for the boat. You should have the dealer that you are buying the trailer from perform the setup. If you are buying the boat in the water, then have the dealer do a rough setup to get it over to the shop, then have it setup properly with the proper bunk spacing and the proper tongue weight.

Don't even think about trying this one on your own!

Is it a new boat? Four Winns is one of the few boat manufacturers that also builds its own trailers. They have models specifically designed for each of their models. I would reach out to your local dealer to find out more.
