Some of the truck bed liners are slippery when wet. Others, I hear , do great. If this an idea for a different thread, or if another exists, please inform me , so as we don't waste everyone's time- Many thanks, Macc

I did one of my boat with Burabak and I am very happy with it. It is a true nonslip even when its wet. Cleans easy sofar. Bleach doesn't even mess with it.

I had my last truck treated with Line-X.

It held up well, and looked good but other posters are correct. It is like sandpaper. I also didn't like that cargo was hard to move around (when I wanted it to).

If you're hauling rocks (not gravel) or other large heavy items, I think you're acutally better off with a slide-in bedliner. They are suprisingly tough.

Drop 200lb boulder on a Line-X (or any other sprayed-in liner) box and you're going to dent the box. Drop the same boulder in a slide-in lined box, and you won't dent the box. They absorb a lot of impact.

I think a 200 # boulder will dent the box no matter what. Maybe not but just saying.

Slam on the brakes with that 200lb boulder and see what happens! If you look at most trucks with drop in liners you will see the front wall dented into the cab! Plus they hold water, cargo slides everywhere etc... If you have too much texture in your line-x ask them to tone it down next time. We also offer a softer version which currently used in the back of all the kubota rtv's.

I have a spray in bed liner (Qwikliner), and have been very happy with it,Spray in.......... very nice, durable, doesn't fade, good looks, you can actually dump a load of rip-raff on it.

Roll on/dual.......... looks ok, fades yearly, is a PITA when half of it peals and flakes and you have to remove it to get a spray in.
