Default Trailer for Cat

I just bought a new 6000 lb axle for my 26 ft Cat from Float-on in Vero Beach,Fl.
They were extremely knowledgable about my 10 yr old trailer for a Sport Cat.
In the bay was a brand new World Cat trailer they had just finished, and it was beautiful. Had all the extras on it. Very well built. Replacable spindles. Kodiak brakes.I think it was for a 33 ft World Cat from Miami.
Good Luck.
Pat

Road King is located in Ocala, FL. They make a pretty good aluminum catamaran trailer:

You could also try the World Cat Forum:

http://forums.worldcat.com/

I looked for a used trailer for about 3 months before finding something. The one I bought was in Philedalphia, PA and was a piece of junk. I have spent the last 2 months slowly replacing crossmembers, etc. Don't buy a Magic Tilt.

A new trailer is going to cost you anywhere from $4500 to $8000, or more.

Good luck,

Both road king and floaton in florida have built trailers for world cats so they know the set up. I have a float on for my 27sc and have a budy who has a a roadking for his 33te.

I'm trying to get a group buy together for 3 more trailers. It will save cost (about 10% and should save shipping charges alot.

Send me information on your ZIP code, Make/Model & size of boat, weight loaded, how many axles you want brakes on, Kodiak upgrade, LEDs, or if you want the least expensive to see what price we can get, that's fine, too.

PM me or send direct to rspickering@gulftel.com this will be a mid-Florida delivery to a place we buyers will choose after we learn everybody's zip code.

I bought a new Float On with 13,000 lb capacity for about $7500. I would recommend Float On--they have a lot of experience with cat trailers.

Remember that the World Cat is 10' 6" beam and the trailer for a cat is built differently than a monohull. The hulls may well be over the wheels, unless you can buy an extra wide wheel base trailer.

Mine is on a RKing (270HT) but i only use it to pull off the lift a couple times a year for service. It has held up great...but again with minimal use. Mine has wood bunks....I would prefer aluminum because I have replace a coupe boards due to splitting in 4 years.
