That has "cease and desist order" written all over it. Not to mention a probable libel and defamation of character suit.

I'd make that web page an "under construction" sign if I were you.

Cool site, I think Joe has the right idea about under construction. I would recommend you show the real problem. Like broken or damaged bearings or something that has real damage on it. Not sure what you expect when it has CHINA stamped in the spindle. Unless my eyes are that bad I don't see any damage to the spindle you have a picture of, The picture with the hub has the outer bearing in it and it looks ok. I would agree there is not a lot of grease on there but heck I install many axles and have never seen an axle builders put enough grease on them. Just my 2 cents and it really is not worth that.

I don't think he's saying that at ALL! ... and moreover, I think he is trying to help you out from getting yourself screwed!

I did a search at the BBB website for "Real X Trailers" and nothing came up.

I did a search for "Everything Marine" and they have a B- rating ....

http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/Busines...anyID=34001837

Perhaps if you have information that would lead us to think that this company is less deserving of a B- rating, you should post that, along with anything else that would make us think differently of the company on your web page along with what you posted about your trailer because all your site is doing now is showing your side of the story, granted, it looks like you did get screwed but if you're the only person who is having trouble with this company, its going to be hard to prove your case as anything more than an isolated incident.

I mean do you have any email coorespondence with this guy?

No..I never said that.

I did say you're probably asking for a lot more than $854 in damages and restitution though when "Joe's lawyer" sees this: "Real x trailers suck and so does JOE."

And I don't know if that's a pic of "Joe" or not, but if it is...you just made their case for them.

No, that is me in the picture. I am just at my boiling point with this guy, I do have all the info including the inept BBB, When you buy something it should be perfect or close to it. I am not a a%^hole but Joe has pushed me over the edge with his lies and promises, 8 hundred is alot but not alot in the bigger picture, If he stood behind his promises and fixed this asap, we would not be having this thread right now. What I am doing is making any potential buyer aware of Real X trailers. The trailer itself is very nice but the wrong parts were put on it. I just wanted it fixed. I bought a brand new trailer that was expensive and Bottom line is I had to put 8 hundred plus dollars out of pocket to use it. Everybody has to agree that is unacceptable and would piss you off. He just thinks I will go away, probably like everybody else he has screwed, but I won't. I am doing what I think and know is RIGHT!!!!
