Default Cleaning trailer and wheels

Any tips to get the trailer to shine again. Trailers an 06' Loadmaster with aluminum I-beams. It gets dunked frequently and starting to show. Wheels are standard galvanized.

I'd say leave it be. That dulling is protective oxides forming on the outside of the aluminum. If you try to shine it up, you remove the protection, and will have constant maintenance to keep it shining and corsion free.
Doesn't look pretty anymore, but to reshine it and keep it shining is too much work IMO.

My neighbor had some, uh, day laborer, polish his with a buffing pad and some aluminum polish for like $100. About a year later still looks good.

Personally, I wouldn't mess with it.

you want to buff and shine your trailer?
man, i wish i had that kinda time.
i can appreciate a nice looking rig, but have trouble making the time. i do my PM and regular maintenance but other than a quick wash, trailer shine is just a dream for me.

You could use woody wax's metal polish protector. i plan to do this to my alum. pipework and on the alum. rod holders, the advertisements look very convincing. can't see why it wouldn't work on a trailer.

2 choices, either time or money. Personally I am not willing to contribute either toward making a trailer look good.
