Default HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND HAPPY NEW YRS-2009

im the factory rep for hi-tech marine and selling trailers to customers nationwide and world wide, recently i sold a trailer to a customer on here that has a tri-axle,the state of north carolina requires a amber light on the rear guide poles,no other state that im aware of has this light requirement,if it does can someone please advise me of it..is there a web site that i can see the laws for lights....i try to stay abreast of laws but some states change laws here frequently, like the 10 k law, requiring a cdl license, did that pass in the carolinas,i just built a trailer for aulstralia.no trailer can be over 98 inches period entering that country,i visit this web site because there appears to be the best knowledged people i have ever seen on any web site and yall are all really nice....and really polite.....i have a really good group of people that i work with as far as dealers throughout the country but i try to keep up with the changing laws and requirements..any information you would have id appreciate..i sell in all 50 states and world wide and i post most of my business on google and craigs list...i hope yall have a blessed new yrs and a very prosperous 2009.....we build trailers for all applications from 17-42 ft to 24000 gvwr...bunk trailers only.......happy new yrs

This is the link to the bill in NC that was passed in August 08 that requires the amber light on the widest part of the boat and trailer which is normally the guide post. You can also go to the carolinas forum and do a search back a year ago and have days of reading as to how this came about.
