Rollers to Bunks??? - The Hull Truth

I have a 1985 cox trailer under my 24 Albemarle. The trailer has rollers, but everytime I splash the boat the rollers seem to roll off... The rollers are past the point of maintenace. If I had the money I would go buy a brand new trailer. Unfortunately, I don't have that option. Should I replace my rollers or switch to bunks? I thought bunks may be cheaper. Where should I get the bunk replacements?

You can buy new roller assemblies and that will be the easiest solution. Get the yellow poly rollers. They last longer and don't leave marks.

If you want to switch to bunks, your best bet is to buy them from the trailer manufacturer. Otherwise, you will need to do some design work and possibly fabrication.
