yes there will. I am working to get the details down such as a small get together in the Hemingway lounge the night everyone arrives etc. All ideas you have would be great.

I'd like to go but I don't have a boat big enough to make the crossing. If someone has an extra seat I'll help cover expenses. I'll be coming down from central NC. Shoot me a PM and we can work it out

Hit that, it sounds good it will be nice to see yall again. Keep in mind the Billfish tournament going on the same time, you could do both at once!

Got your pm CaptSG my boat is only 18 ft don't think that's enough plus it would be too much to trailer that far from NC I will gladly help pay for fuel hotel beer etc if someone has an extra seat. I will drive or possibly fly to wherever to meet up. My wife and cousins are thinking of going to islamorada for the week before this event so we will probably be down there already

I have never made the run over. I have a 26' Gausebuilt. It is a west coast tower boat and is pretty flat in the back (will float in 15") do you think I could make the run following a group? Fuel would not be an issue. Here is a pic of my boat. Thanks

Pathfinder 44, you should be fine. It really is no different than going 24 miles off fishing..

Btw, there is a small boat group on THT going the end of may. I am considering that trip since these dates don't work for me. cheers.
