Yeah I was there and saw you anchored on the right, as your headed out to the inlet I believe(think I saw 2, 2870 WA) White Boy was on the opposite side with quite a few boats around when I got there. Got there and it was a little later so it was packed, found a spot on the second time by. I had family along so I wasn't too out going, we kinda just anchored and did our own thing, but luckily I got next to a party boat and it had some good action going on
yeah it was crowded!!! I was hoping we could all meet up but it would have been impossible. Maybe next time we'll just anchor up off the beach like some of the sporty's were doing.

Lots of family's out there - little less party action around us... you got lucky!! Love the outriggers on your rig! I need to find some soon for my boat...

I'm thinking about taking the boat to Nippers at beach marine on Saturday May 28
How is Nippers? Might have to check it out. Tunedport and I will be at the inlet on Saturday, we got a gang of people I believe so feel free to hook up this year!
gashogg: Hey John, Brian Kiel here from across the ICW from you (concrete dock with the 24’ Boston Whaler Outrage). I spoke with you on Sunday at your dock while I was on a jetski too. Too funny recognizing your boat and seeing you here. It certainly was great weekend weather for just about anything.
The White Boy sure is a great looking boat!
We are getting ready to cross over to Bimini so yesterday I ran my Whaler to make sure everything was running well after a 10 hour service on the new outboards. Running the beach from St Augy to Mayport I checked a number of cobia pods and managed a respectable cobia.
37.5 lbs on the JOSFC scale
Caught off a pogie pod using a live pogy. I then continued up to Mayport and then took the "Ditch" home. A total of 84 miles round trip.
Not as many pogy pods as there were 2 weeks ago. Plus a lot of the pods sounded whenever you got near. Plenty of bluefish with em. Didn’t see a single cuda. Water temp was 78.8 degrees.
I’ll start paying more attention to the THF. Hoo Yah!!
