Your memebership will work "manually." What does that mean. It also says it will turn on in a couple hours. So could it be 1 hour or 4 hours? What is it usually. Thanks.

From reading some of Wiley's posts, I understand that once payment has been made, Wiley must "manually" add you Captain's wheel and give you access to the CCer forums . . . Wiley is usually pretty fast but he does have to sleep occasionally
