There are a few differences, such as the ability to post videos as an Admiral's Club member and a couple of other bells & whistles. The biggest difference is that Captain's Club memberships are no longer available. The name of the premium membership changed when the ownership of the site changed, but Captain's Club members retained their membership levels.

I would suggest running one ad at a time with multiple items listed in the ad at any given time. Running more than one ad at a time doesn't get looked at very hard unless it gets out of hand or people start complaining.

I would basically go with the rule of thumb that if you are selling of personal possessions, and not items that are purchased to be sold, you would not be considered commercial.
