After the install I have had some intermittent voltage spikes, which actually made the Opti Max computer go into Guardian Mode. I know these inductive motors can cause voltage spikes, but usually absorbed by the battery, The opti is very sensitive to voltage changes, but usually to low voltage not high is the problem. Have you ever had a problem with this?
I did find I had not properly crimped the orange power(maybe red?) supply cable to it's connector where it attaches to the power supply, I hope this has resolve my problem.

That has not relly been an issue for us. Let me know if fixing the orange power lead ipmroves the situation. Also, is it occuring with the engine on?
