Chesapeake Stripers Migration Patterns?

What is the annual migration pattern for stripers on the Chesapeake? How do water temps factor in? Or do they?

Water temperature plays a huge part in it, but rockfish are here year round. The larger fish usually start to show in later November or December. The coastal fish are mid December to February and some into March. March, April and May, they are returning to the bay and rivers for spawning. Early to mid June, the spawning fish are on their way north.

This is the lower bay. I'm not sure where you are.

The larger stripers are going to show up at the CBBT (the exact location I cannot give) on Nov. 16th at 9:32PM when we will be getting our first big pull. Ok, what Mako 234 said.
