Dave Workman Kingfish rods

I ran into a guy that has 4 Dave Workman kingfish rods for sale. I can pick them up for $200 for all 4 and they look new. The rods are 7' and rated for 10-25 lb line.

Has anyone else used these rods and is this a decent buy??

Not looking for other options just wonder if these are worth the asking price and if they are good rods
