i also live in cherry hill. i grew up in moorestown and my parents have had a house in barnegat light, LBI my whole life. there are a few marinas there. it is nice because you can be in the inlet in 10 mins tops. it takes about an hour and 15 mins to get there. what size boat do you have? PM me and i will give you some suggestions. most of the marinas there you have to know someone to get into and would be willing to give you a hand getting in.

I found a site while searching for a place to stay up in the CT and RI area. It's relatively new, suppose to have a feedback section but there aren't many reviews posted yet, might be worth it to check out. www.harborguides.com

Avalon Pointe is cheap and has slips. Place is a dump but close to the inlet.
