I have a Shimano Calcutta TE-401. I love the reel but I am not so fond of the handle/crank. I'd like a one handled crank that gives me just a little more power but I do not want anything too big being the reel is nice, light and compact already. Any suggestions or try to convince me why I should stay with the stock handle.
I hated the paddle handle on the 400 and changed them for the power handles. They used to sell for ~$21 everywhere but recently I've seen them as cheap as $13. The original power handle was wood and counter balanced. Today there are some other options as well. Search online and on ebay.
