Default Where to buy Mini Riggers Rod Outriggers

Does anyone know where to buy mini riggers outrigger rod holders that mount in gunwale forward rod holder (that fits in 30 degree outboard flush mounted rod holder)? I have a pair of mini riggers now but they will not work in my forward rod holders on boat. The ones I have will fit in aft rod holder that is pointed straight back. The forward flush mounted rod holders point out about 30 degrees and when I put the mini riggers I have that point forward (about 120 degrees) toward bow. Need riggers that will point rod out at 90 degree angle. Thanks for your help.

elusive, your check is in the mail. Ha. Top fish, the problem you describe, your rod tips facing forward, can actually be a positive thing when trolling. with the tip of the rod forward, when you add in bait drag the tip of the rod pulls back and you end up with a few MORE inches of spread than if the original angle had been 90 degrees to the boat.

Thanks for help. Turned out my rear rod holders are more like 40 degrees plus facing outboard. The stock rod riggers (BW, West, etc) will not work. Need to have forward rod holders with riggers out as far as possible to clear other lines mounted on rear rod holders and rocket launcher. Came across a great guy on ebay (looked up mini riggers). He is some where near Jacksonville. Contact info on ebay: wallabysfabshop. His name is Chuck. He actually went over to the Everglades Dealer in his area and measured the angle on the rear rod holders. He made me up a pair and I should have them on Tuesday. Boy what great service, I ordered them on Friday AM and he went to measure on his lunch hour (no extra charge). If anyone needs mini riggers get a hold of this guy. He is the greatest. He did not charge extra for the trip over and custom weld job. He charges $50 for singles and $75 for doubles. That kind of service is hard to find in this day and age.

Thanks Charlie and Elusive. I like the look of Smith mini riggers (much better) and borrowed one from Boaters World. It would not work due to my 40 degree plus angle. If my boat was headed due north the Smith mini rigger would point NNE and would not give me enough extension to clear other lines. Needed to have a pair custom made as I don't think anyone has them stock to work on the forward Everglades rod holder. If anyone wants a deal on my rod riggers that I have (from my old boat: Boston Whaler) that will not work on my new boat let me know.
