Okay,

So I am going to change out my mono on my TLD 25's. I currently have 300 yards of power pro topped off with 40 pound Ande, probably about 150-200 yards. I run 15 feet of 90 pound flouro leader as well using the Stren knot. I catch Wahoo up to 70 pounds, Mahi, YF, and Sailfish......no issues ever....

Thinking of using the Momoi diamond and dropping down to 30 pound as they say it has breaking strength over 45 pounds...can get more mono topshot on the reel I figure....JUST IN CASE I need it......

Should I just stay with the 40? I currently run 10 pounds of drag and really do not plan to change it unless I do Alan's trick.

Anyone know if the Diamond has too much memory being that tough?

The reason I picked the Diamond is that it has more options for spool size with the hi-vis yellow.
