Default Reel recommendation

Hey guys. Can someone recommend a spinning reel for a 7’ Tsunami boat rod rated for 25-40 pound line? It’ll be used in up to 70’ of water for stripers/blues/flukes. I’ll probably spool it with 25 pound mono. I’m willing to spend up to $200.00. I was looking at the Quantum Cabo/Boca but I can’t find what they weigh and I’m having a hard time selecting a model for this rod. Thanks.

A fishing buddy turned me on the Shamano baitrunners while cobia fishing last month. They were powerful, smooth drag, and the "free spool" function is the cats meow. I was so impressed I bought 4 6500's the next day from my local tackle store. Light House Tackle-Norfolk/Virginia Beach VA.
