Had a blast catching this bad boy. Caught out of PC on 7-02-02 with Captain Randy. He would have been the money fish a week earlier, oh well had a great trip!

Bloodknot, Yes I caught the fish 7-02-02 out of PC on Captain Randy's boat. Caught on freeline/spinning gear. 34lbs.

Smoked and eaten the next night.

Nephew, Brother- in-law and little brother on 8 hour trip. We caught and relaesed over 120 fish.

Really nice fish, I stoped eating Kingfish that size because of the mercury content though, there are warnnings about fish over 28 or 30 inches containing masive amounts. We still eat large ones but I avoided feeding it to my wife while she was pregnant. They pulled it from the fish fry and substituted flounder at one of the Kingfish Tournys this year. Very nice catch though.
