Take a researcher fishing (Morehead City)

Is there a kind soul in or near Morehead City that would be willing to take on two fishing partners/researchers studying the formation of histamine in dolphin (mahi)? We work for NC State University and are doing a project to determine how time/temperature effects the formation of histamine in the flesh of mahi and tuna. We will be working on comercial boats but need to do a "dry run" ASAP to work out the kinks before we waste one of our limited trips with the commercial guys. We really only need to catch 4 dolphin and place temperature probes in them before they are iced down. Our department (Food Science) does not have a boat and the other departments' boats are either in use, in the shop, or not offshore capable. We can provide ice, limited tackle and possibly some gas (with a receipt). Please call or email if you are willing to help.
