Cape Fear Rods: What's the difference between the Man 'O War and Tortuga Series?

Cape Fear's "high end" rod (now that's saying something ) has always been their Bluewater Series. The Man 'O War was another line, and somewhat lower in cost. Now they're coming out with the Tortuga Line. What's the difference?

Well I know in the cape fear series the (even)more expencive ones have better guides, you should think that for those prices you get the best, guess it always can be better.
