Unless you are in Hawaii, there are no mahi-mahi. Furthermore, the fish is called a WAHOO. Ono is that weird Japanese broad that John Lennon married. And if you can't decide whether Ahi means yellowfin or bigeye, come up with another couple of names, hula boy!!!!: And if that isn't enough to offend your delicate tourist sensibilities, the correct names are Patagonian toothfish, slimehead and gooseberry, not Chilean sea bass, orange roughy and kiwi fruit.grin:
