Roto Chip's

I have been using Pro-Troll Roto Chip's to catch salmon and larger fish using herring, sardines, squid and other small bait fish as bait. Using Roto Chip's also allows a pretty strong cast without throwing off the bait. Does anybody know of a similar product that will clamp on or fit over a mackeral's head and serva same purpose for larger baits?
