Default Evolution Gorilla Pilers

Saw these on the latest Melton email. Others online have them as well

Look pretty good for $50

Anyone tried them ?

I like my Donnmars although I would prefer to have the cutter on the side

they look awsome i got the accurate pirranah pliers for chrismas last year and am totally disapointed with them because they dont cut braid that well and they dont cut 130 mono in one cut it takes a few times. to boot i am constantly afraid of loosing them overboard wheni take off the sheath

Anyone try their release grip or econo scale ? Looking for a more affordable option to the Boga grip (over $100).

I posted the mfg website for more info which lists MSRP. Available online for $50-$60.

Look like the expensive models but for $50, you wouldn't kill yourself if they went for a swim.

I own a pair and they cut braid and mono very well. They come with a lanyard and sheath at no additional cost. They cost me $50

I stick to low tech when it comes to cutters. Pair of good stainless chicken shears is best for braid. (supermarket) and Channelocks side wire cutters for mono and wire. Not fancy, but have already lost my share of nice ones.

I just bough the G-Plier today. I was going to Accurate's but for $49 its a steal!

Cuts 130# mono like butter, They are very light! And fit perferct in my large hand. Also cut 50-100# braid very well

I paid $49 for mine @ Bett's Fishing Center
