Default New Accurate BX2 Extreme Reels - Any info?

Anyone have the inside scoop on the new Accurate reels, BX2-400, BX2-500 and BX2-600?
Looking for drag numbers, weight, line capacity, gear ratios, etc. I found the pre-order prices to be $565, $585 and $599 respectively.
I am in the market for a 50-class reel and have settled on the Avet EXW 50/2. If these can beat Avet's specs I may have to consider one. Accurate's other new reels, the B2-30 and B2-50, lose out to the Avets when comparing drag, price and line capacity so it should be interesting. If they don't pull over 40 at strike and 50 at full, hold 750 yards of 130# hollow spectra and weigh less than 60 ounces I will be disappointed. But atleast my decision won't be affected.

Thanks

Accurate is showing them for the first time at the Fred Hall Show in LA this week. Show started today and runs through this weekend.

Charkbait Tackle in LA has a teaser out on them. If you go to their website, charkbait.com and click on "Weekely Specials", Mark (the owner) has posted the reels -- looks like he has them for sale.

I am by no means an expert. I own Accurates and Avets. All things being equal I'd give the edge to Accurate every time. Maybe Alan can chime in.

So according to Chark the 600 is similar in size/line capacity to the 665. If that is true then not nearly enough.
I own Avets but no Accurates. My experience wih Avet has been very positive. Good customer service when I needed to replace some bearings (my fault, tipped over in the surf in a kayak) and great products. I have heard more complaints about Accurate. Including not honoring warranty when a tuna blew up the gears in a twinspin. Pure hearsay, but they said it wasn't designed for tuna. really? Didn't know it was a largemouth bass reel.

What are you fishing for? I dont think you can compare the Avet 50 to these acccuartes. These reels are more for jigging and bait fishing. They don't have harness lugs.

I figured the natural progression was the 400, 500 and 600 were going to be bigger reels than the 30 and 50. But I was wrong, they are smaller. I was hoping for bigger. I don't need 30 pounds of drag to catch Stripers or Cod. My Avet MXL is fine. I am looking for a bigger reel for tuna. The Avet EXW 50/2 will be just fine. I was only curious to see if Acurate was going to have something comparable. Guess not.

Well they do, the ATD30 and ATD50 but at about twice the price. The new BX series has beefed up gears and drags to fish heavier line.

I'd look at the Avet EX50 SDS. It's a topless 50 with a capacity of 630/130 hollow spectra and 50lb+ drag at strike.

You can get if at cabbage key rod and reel online.
