I have a pair of Nokian Finnwald boots that have felt liners. They are the most comfortable boot I have owned and very warm. I dont know where you can get them. I bought mine from Cabelas years ago but they dont sell them anymore. I think they are made in Finland.

The boots you are thinking of are called "xtra tuf" boots. They are considered Alaskan reeboks and every man, woman and child in Alaska has a pair (or two or three hahaha).

Make sure you get the insulated version and don't get the steel toe if you don't have to, it makes them colder.

Tight lines.
