The normal region price for Hilton's is $200. I think they have bulk packages for $330. So if you only need one region, your price should be much less.
I have it and really like the altimetry charts. I think they are the most useful of any of them.
As far as the cloud cover for the SST charts, all of the SST services and websites will have the same cloud cover on their shots since they all get the data from the same satellite sources, since each SST service/website does not have their own satellites. (at least from what I understand....if any have separate satellites, then that would be good to know)
I like those RipCharts.....is it pretty easy to add your own waypoints....do you find it to be pretty accurate? All I would mostly use it for is true water color...I have Hilton's and like it but if RipCharts regularly has a good picture I could save some $$$! However it is nice to have all floaters updated on Hiltons!

I find it very easy to add waypoints, he has Video Tutorials for everything. It's pretty accurate in distances compared to Google Earth satellite GPS ruler readings ... no zoom in satellite shots but I'm comfortable with topo maps and proper placement of rigs/floaters.
Philip has given free trials before ... give him a call ... tell him Red sent you.
