Fall inshore destination

I'm looking for a good one-week destination for the fall (anytime in the fall) for a fishing trip. I'm looking mainly for inshore fishing, maybe a day or two guided and the rest on rented boats or wading. For the last several years I have been hitting Rockport, TX, and have had great fishing...just looking to change up the scenery. I have looked into Venice, LA, as I love trout fishing, but have been told that the spring is the hot big trout bite there. I have kicked the FL Keys around, but I don't really want to get too hung up in the tourist culture. Where would be a good spot (I'm coming form the Outer Banks of NC) where the fall would be the hot time to be there? Thanks,

Fall fishing can be great in the Keys inshore and Gulf of Mexico areas. I have off season rates then you might want to check out.
