Default Center Rigger Halyard

Well its about damn time if you ask me... I am going to relocate my EPIRB on the hard top in order to put a center rigger in, so far I'm leaning towards a 15' Rupp ( might have to cut it down to 12' ) and either a single spreader or a double ( just for fun... ) the question is... Where do I mount the halyard to?? Should I run it to a rail on the side, or drop it straight down and place it just below the rocket launchers on my overhang??? Thoughts? Suggestions? Experiences??

ps. Those rusty speakers are already in the dupster... fyi the Bose 151 "all weather" speakers really didnt hold up well to salt....

I would mount it right under the launcher like you said. It's going to look messy if you run it to the either side of the boat, you can always change it.
You have this boat pretty well set up,I see the teaser reel on the bridge, and I like how you have the flat line clips on the transom.

Thanks Ant.... appreciate the detail...... I have come to a similar conclusion... Lets talk some more about the upcoming season.... seems like your a pretty good angler. Interested in some day trips? (expenses of canyon trips are split equally)

I like to be able to set the center rigger from the cockpit, so I would run it to your ladder, high enough to walk under but low enough to reach it above your head. If you prefer to work it from the flybridge, then I agree, just under the rod holders.
