It is a sad story, I am sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. Our company used to use him.......sometimes your ego gets the best of you, I know a lot of people who do not care for him.

Hopefully you kick his but in the next tournament!!!!!! Good Luck.

Revenge would be better served cold...

But placing signs and ads adviseing other of his antics will have more affect than bitch slapping him... and you will not get charged with assualt!

Remember it is not slander if your stating facts....

I agree, most people, out of embarrassment, never admit to being burned That enables the butt hole to continue burning others.
Have his picture put on a T-shirt and pull it over a punching bag at the gym.

Is this guy a licensed charter captain? If not, he is way beyond splitting reasonable expenses and is running a for-hire operation.

this is an interesting thought. You didn't mention if the third member of your crew got the same treatment as you. If so, and the total is over 600 you can give him a 1099 for his "income".

I always wondered how a guy can afford to run in the circuit. I guess I know now.

I'm starting to hear the stories....too bad I didn't know a little more about the guy beforehand.

I will not be fishing the next T (for reasons obvious to those who know the guy and his relationship to the Ft. Myers T)

I was thinking more of a dock interview by the c.g. at his next tourney. They don't take too kindly to unlicensed charter operations (for good reason).

Those who say reveal him solely with facts and walk away give you the best advice. His actions will catch up with him. Anything else risks costing you more than you already lost, which can't make things better.

G'Day Ludicrous,
To find out that somebody is a cheap a$$hole for 50% of $329 is getting off lightly. Normally costs a lot more than that. It is not worth the risk of the heart attack.
And whilst revenge is sweet, so is knowing the true state of a person's heart. I suggest you let this one slide.
