Rigging Suggestions

Just picked up two Okuma Silver 50's for sharking and bluefin within 30 miles of the NJ shore. Any suggestions on the line and if I can go wind on leaders with the loop to loop , etc? BTW I'm going to open them up and follow Alan's proceedures for improving the bearings etc before I use them.
I'd like to rig these up in a versatile manner. I have plenty of spreader bars etc. and taco 15 1/2 foot 1.5 t-top mounted outriggers so I intend to you these as well as 4/0's and 6/0's for my spread.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. g
