Rod guide corrosion

I'm always cleaning corrosion off my rod guides after the fact. Do you folks treat your guides to prevent corrosion? If so, what do you use?

Complete soap and water cleaning at the end of each day's fishing.

I assume you are talking about the legs of the guides. If you want to, you could spray on a coat of some corrosion X. That should help protect it more. Don't forget to wash your rods after every saltwater trip.
