Live well additives??

What do you guys add to your live wells, to help support the life of your bait?? I currently have a 30 gal live well on the boat. I use it mostly for Bunker, and Killies.

Defoam, when bait tanks foam up it depletes the O2, for our fresh water bait we use rock salt and bait saver but we are just
recirculating the water that is in the bait tank for that, in other words these are closed systems and no outside water comes in
for blue back herring. We also need the defoam for them and I have it on the boat when in salt water and if the
bait tank with pogies gets too foamy I shoot a couple of drops in there for them. Other than that for saltwater I just
keep the bait pump running all the time

A strong supply of water should be all the bunkers and killies need. If I was going to jazz up the live well it would be with an external oxygen source to super charge the bait.
