Penn or Fenwick

Looking at a Penn Powerstick Plus 7' . Guy at the tackle place likes the Fenwick SeaHawk. The Penn has a gimble where as the tackle place said he would mount a gimble on the Fenwick for free.. I'm leaning towards the Penn but wondering what others have and like.. or dislike. I'm mounting Penn 320GT2.. The poles will be for myself, 10yr old and 12yr old and mainly fishing Stripers and Blues.. Maybe some fluke.. Thanks!
