I am remodeling a 1976 Trojan 36 sportfisher. The cockpit is not large enough for a chair and multiple anglers. I am wondering if there is some sort of harness system that could be used with a smaller chair. If you have any information, it would be greatly appreciated.
Go to nauticaldesign.com. They have a rocket launcher that has a gimbal and is height-adjustable. I considered it when I had a 30 ft outboard. They also make a chair with knock-down settings, etc. that make it space efficient. I have one of their chairs and love it. As good or better in quality than the big names (all 316 stainless, no dissimilar metals) and THOUSANDS cheaper.
Silver spur, No ideas for your chair, but I am mid ways thru a rebuild of a 1982 Trojan 36' Sportfish. Would like to swap thoughts, successes, and failures with you
