Wreck fishing in Ocean City Md.

I want to start doing some wreck fishing in OC this spring I was wondering if someone can tell me how early the sea bass & taug start moving into the wrecks? Also when does the seabass bite get really hot? Also if anyone wants to give up some of there favorite spots there would be many thanks! Charlie
