The weather here in Stuart has been blowing but has finnally settled down..NOAA is calling for NE 5 to 10 wht 2 to 3 then changing to the SE 5 to 10 SAT nite. Thinking about sneaking over to the island at 0 dark thirty tomorrow and returning on Sunday afternoon for some bottom fishing....what do yall think...too much effort or go for it.. I am thinking the latter

How close are you allowed to fish to the islands without checking in with customs? We were thinking about a day trip, crossing the stream and coming back before dark.
