Default RE: welded aluminum rowboats ?

(Sorry, finger trouble caused premature posting of the previous message.)

I'm looking for a welded aluminum rowboat/sailboat, about 14'-17' long, with built-in flotation. Purchase, or construction from plans, would be in British Columbia, Canada.
