The upper portion of Mate Series is shaped like a simple cup holder no angled cut is required (as with ordinary rod holders) so only a straight 3.25" hole-saw cut is needed.

Do you have any 15 available? Or just 30?

If they are screwless, what holds them in? I am looking at the pics but I guess I just don't understand.

I'm pretty sure those are threaded stubs and you use a bolt in from the bottom. OP, do these come with any additional hardware? I guess the bolts need to be custom cut to make sure they are short enough to pull snug but long enough to get deep enough into the threads to be strong?

Ok sorry for the late response - yes the rod holders do come with bolt studs that screw into the bottom and then you attach the nut. You can use a backing plate to reinforce the rod holder.
