Default Df 100a cutting out

Hi I have a relatively new DF 100A that is cutting out as soon as I put it in gear. The guarantee has run out and I would like to fix it myself.
I have already
Taken out the map sensor and it goes up to 2500 rpm so thats working.
Changed the neutral switch and exactly the same fault
Replaced the control box but no effect
Checked that all switches are working on my PC and they are.
What is happening is that as soon as it is put into gear the RPM drops and it stalls giving me 3 beeps. This just started happening. My nearest Suzuki dealer is 3 hrs drive and I think I can fix most problems but not even my Suzuki dealer has heard of this.
Has anyone had a similar problem and a solution please.

Could be the IAC valve.

You mentioned the neutral switch. What about the kill switch? I may be wrong but I think mine will start without the kill switch but dies as soon as you put it in gear.

Thanks for your reply but I changed the whole control box and that did not help.
I also took off the AIC and it revved high with out it so I assume that was working too. I cleaned it before reinstall. The PC tells me it is working too.
This is a difficult one.
