RE: underwater lighting After researching your boat style I would definitely recommend our 2010 series Thru-Hull lights. They will give an absolutely outstanding dispersal of light around your transom.
What color lights you choose will also depend greatly on personal preference. If your boat is being used in the Great Lakes, our Super-Green LED's seem to be the new upcoming color. This is because of the quality of the freshwater, green travels much furthur and does not lose any color integrity, which can be seen with blue light.
However, if your boat is being used on the ocean, blue is defintely king! It gives an amazing 'halo' effect which is not easily beaten!
After looking at your transom style, I would recommend using a minimum of 2 lights, but in reality 3 would looks absolutely fantastic.
You also need to take into considering power requirements. If your boat is on 12vDC, each of our 2010 series will pull a maximum of 4amps per piece. As you can imagine, leaving them on at the dock at night may be quite draining to your battery. If you are on 24vDC however, this will not be a problem.
If they are also being used on the transom, I would always recommend our Thru-Hull series utilizing the 1" hole. If you are anxious about cutting holes in your boat, we also have our Surface-Mount lights which require no hull penetration below the waterline, but they do retail at around 20% more than our Thru-Hull lights, due to the over engineering that needs to go into each one.
