Default change in plans

I was planning on spending the day with my family on the Vinyard Friday. I think I need a new plan. I'm thinking about going to Block Island instead. The storm should of passed by the am. Does anyone have any good ideas what to do or see when I get their? I've only fished the Block, never step foot on the island.

Thanks!

Based on the current marine forecast you may have to change your plans again. Won't be fit for man or beast out there.

I'm taking the ferry, not my boat. I wouldn't make it.

Take the ferry into Old Harbor (I prefer the high speed cat at 30 minutes). You can rent mopeds, bikes or grab a taxi. Lots of good places to eat. It's always fun. When I head there by boat we usually stay in Old Harbor and anchor stern to the inside of the Jetty.
