Default best way to bleed a tuna

was wondering how you guys bleed your tuna- i usually just stick a knife under their throat.

1" behind the pec fins, ~1/2 inch deep... you will see it gush.

i do the behind the pec fin and it works very well. if you want to really get crazy you cut the head off right away and take a wire leader and send it down the spinal cord to cut all the nerves so it stops kicking and doesn't cook itself. but i don't usually do that. i tried it once after i was told about it, but it was too much work.
