My buddy has taken a ride in it. He said it compares very close to the 22' Sisu.

Never been on a 22, but own an 18 cc' and really like the boat. Pro's are that is is fuel efficient, sea worthy, and holds its value. Con's, can be a rough ride when it kicks up, but imagine it wouldn't be as much of an issue with the 22. Good luck. If you have any questions pm me.

There's a nice looking one for sale in Dartmouth. Looks plenty sturdy, maybe a little wet but never ridden in one.

My best friend grew up on Tripp Anglers. He had nothing but good things to say about them. I don't have any experience with them myself other then what he has told me. He said when he was young he made many trips to Cuttyhunk etc on his parents Tripp Angler. I can"t recall what size that boat was though. I do believe they have a larger mold but have little request for it so I think Tripp has put it on the shelf.
Only time I've ridden in one was on the Tripp's water taxi back to our boat on a mooring. They look to be over built but with that sheer up and bow they might be a little wet.
Here is a link to their website.

Are you talking about the outboard, or straight inboard model?

They're great, into and quartering, but with aft seas like any displacement hull, they're alittle scary.

Tradeoffs, theres no perfect hull, Tripps are pretty good tho.

WET, and can pound. Owned an 18 with a friend.

They are however very good looking in my opinion.

For the bay, get an old Formula 223 or Albemarle 24 for the best ride for the bay, IMO.

Good luck
Sam
