Default Looking for inshore charter. Fairhaven-Cape

Taking my folks to the high school reunion. I am driving them as they are getting older. We plan on doing lots but I will have some alone days. Anyone have any good recomendations. We will be there in last week in June. Whats biting up there then? I haven't been up North in 24 years. I can only imagine how its changed. Thanks

If you are on the Cape the football Tuna should be off of Chatham by then. Give Capt Eddie Carreiro a shout. I have fished with him once and a friend of mine fishes with him all the time. He runs a sweet boat and knows how to put fish on the deck. Below is a link to his website.

broncobirdy,

My father runs a 32 blackfin combi out of Falmouth on Cape Cod www.obsessionsportfishing.com (about 30 minutes from Fairhaven). We're also adding a 23 foot classic straight inboard Seacraft that we just completely re-did from the hull up. This may be a good choice for you seeing how it looks like you may be fishing alone. Alot of larger boats don't do split charters (we don't on the big boat) but we're going to do custom trips ont he Seacraft and I'm sure we can work something out for you. It's a good time of the year for trophy Striped-Bass and alot of Bluefish by-catch. Feel free to give me a call on my office phone 508-224-9835

My son and I went out with Joe LeClair http://flyfishcuttyhunk.com/ a couple of years ago and caught 10-12 20-30lb. stipers. Actually my son caught 10 and I caught 2. I was flyfishing and he was using conventional tackle. Joe is a good guide with a nice boat.
