Default Guide Recommendation Needed

I'm hoping to spend a few days fishing off of Long Island (maybe Montauk or Shinnecock) and am looking for a guide to book with. If possible, I'd prefer a light tackle type guide who fished out of a center console or similar boat as opposed to a big offshore rig. I'm looking at sometime in late May or early June and I plan to target fluke. Any help would be appreciated!!!
