If you live in Point there is a free ramp next to the old hospital. There are lots of free ramps for the Barnegat bay when I remember directions I will get them to you. I still would rather fish the Raritan bay though. Free ramp at Branchport and Atlantic Aves. near Casa Comida 35-55 mins. to fishing.

There are a few around if you look. I know there's one in Bayville at the end of Sloop Creek Road. Search the web for boat ramps in NJ. You should be able to find listings.
