Brewer's Pilots Point has the Boom! restaurant (Westbrook, CT). Brewer's Bruce & Johnson has Sam's (Branford, CT). Both are excellent. I don't know how they handle temporary dockage. You can get their phone numbers from www.byy.com .

The Dock n' Dine on the CT. River (Old Saybrook) has a set of pilings in front that you can tie up to. Not bad for lunch.

There used to be a little place up the Mattituck Inlet, about half a mile in where you could tie up and have lunch but I don't remember the name or if it is still there this year.

Skipper's Dock in Stonington if you're looking for something a little higher end. Nice deck.
