Default slip for 2005 at Jersey shore

looking for a slip for a 25/8 ft Triton in the areas of the Manasquan/Pt. Pleasant inlet or the Belmar inlet
in NJ. And does anyone know if there are low tide problems with shallow water in these areas?
Thanks

no you will be fine almost everywhere at low tide. just stay in the channles and there will be no worries. both are very good inlets but can get alittle squirrley when it blows right

I have a house in Belmar and thought about docking there. I hear the Belmar Marina has a hell of a waiting list. There are a couple of Marinas in Avon, just the other side of the inlet. Opted to dock in Staten Island since I spend most of my time here. Try Point Pleasant also. Cardinal Yachts is a Triton dealer. Bought mine from them.

Try these:
Crystal point Yacht Club in Pt. Pleasant 732-892-2300
Manasquan River Club in Pt. Pleasant 732-840-0300
These are on the manasquan river and have good access to the ocean
There are alot of slips available up the canal but access to the ocean is alittle longer.

In Belmar, try AP's inlet Marina, you could be rack launched for the same price as a slip. Only the inlet bridge between you and the ocean.

This'll be my 4th year there and I am very happy. Nice folks. Talk to the owner, Joe 732 681 3303.

I have no connection to AP's and get no referral fee. Just happy there.

Hey Emee, is that the one right by the Main St. Bridge next to Haven's and Hampton's Fish Market?
Never thought about that one.

Yes, again. The owner is good people. Joe - 732 681 3303. No connection other than this will be my 4th year there. My Parker 2520 is rack kept there. He is closed on Mondays so if you aren't in the water you have to plan ahead to be put in Sunday night and you get taken out on Tuesday morning.

I'm new to THT, Hope nobody gets mad about me putting a phone number in.
